This site is operated by the Marnie Campbell Real Estate Team, RE/MAX First, 8820 Blackfoot Trail SE, Calgary, AB. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, phone number and any answers you give in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
- When you browse: basic technical information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address and browser information, which may be processed by our hosting provider. We do not currently load an optional website analytics script on these pages.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the call you booked and answer your questions.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, or a closely related purpose you would reasonably expect.
Your consent and how to withdraw it
We use the details you give when booking only to prepare for and follow up on your call. We won't add you to marketing emails without your consent, and any email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, such as our booking, website hosting and customer relationship management tools, and only as needed for those purposes. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and real estate regulations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
